INITIAL CALL AND CONFIDENTIAL ASSESSMENT
Reaching out for help for drug or alcohol addiction can be very difficult. Whether its for yourself or a loved one, this is a big step and we commend you for starting the process. When you call Journey Hillside Admissions, you will speak to an Admissions Specialist on a confidential line. The first step is to review your specific needs and history by doing a free confidential telephone assessment. This will help our team determine your specific needs and guide us on the initial treatment recommendations.
REVIEW RESOURCES
The next step is to review your insurance or financial resources to help cover the costs of detox and/or residential treatment. We are proud to accept most private PPO insurance plans, Union Insurance Plans, and Government Employee Insurance plans. Our Admissions Specialists can provide you with a free insurance check to review your benefits of residential treatment coverage with you. For those individuals who do not wish to use insurance and would like to privately pay, we will review the costs of the program with you.
SCHEDULING AN ADMIT DATE AND TRAVEL PLANS
Once we complete the telephone assessment and insurance check, we can schedule an admission date with you and review your travel plans. For those who are within driving distances, we will provide you with detailed directions and answer any questions on getting to our location. For individuals who are traveling from out of the area, we can provide you with assistance by providing a concierge pick up from the airport or bus station. For travel plans and arrangements, we want to remove as many barriers as possible for you to be able to get to treatment and start healing. If you have any concerns or hesitations with travel, please speak to our Admissions Specialists who can review the concerns with you and try to form solutions.
WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO EXPECT
Once we schedule an admit date and confirm travel arrangements we will provide you with what to bring and what to expect. This way you have a clear picture of preparing for coming to Journey HIllside.
